Contractors have been identified to carry out major repairs in 185 apartment buildings
Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the progress of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings in Tatarstan today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.
"This year, 42 municipalities are participating in the overhaul program, except for Alkeevsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Kaibitsky districts. The program includes 706 apartment buildings with a total area of about 4 million square meters," Damir Shaidullin said. - 99 elevators will be replaced in 44 buildings in Kazan, Almetyevsk, Yelabuga, Zainsky, Zelenodolsk and Nizhnekamsk districts."
The amount of funding for the program is 9.065 billion rubles.
By now, contractors have been identified to carry out major repairs in 185 apartment buildings. Auctions for 115 houses have been announced. Documents are being checked and lots are being formed for the remaining houses.
