Today, Irek Faizullin awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing to Director of Accounting and Control and Audit Department of the Ministry of the Sports of the Russian Federation Vladimirskaya Yelena Vladimirovna.
Yelena Vladimirovna was awarded for the effective cooperation and great contribution to the development of the construction sector in the Republic of Tatarstan. The main outcome of the cooperation was the successful holding of the Universiade 2013 in Kazan, in preparation for which an important role was played by Yelena Vladimirovna.
