Today, more than 27,000 people are employed in this industry in Tatarstan. It is their hands that keep the entrances and courtyards clean and tidy, as well as the uninterrupted operation of engineering systems and utilities.

Housing and communal services is a huge system, a living organism, the efficiency of which must be constantly kept in the field of increased attention. That is why every year large-scale works are carried out in the republic to modernize housing and communal services. In 2026, 706 apartment buildings will be completely renovated, 99 elevators and about 250 km of networks will be replaced, 561 courtyards will be equipped.
