In the village of Nizhnyaya Sosna, Baltasinsky district, the capital renovation of the House of Culture is being completed. The facility is included in the federal program "Family Values and cultural infrastructure" of the national project "Family" with financing of 49 million rubles.
According to the GISU of the Republic of Tatarstan, the rafter system has been reinforced in the two-story brick building, wind and fire protection has been performed, floor screed and tiles have been laid. In addition, the stage is being set up, engineering networks are being installed and the premises are being decorated. The operational readiness of the facility has reached 85%.
Sosninsky Rural House of Culture was built in 1981. There is an auditorium with 250 seats, a foyer, a costume room, a director's room, a make-up room, and a set room. The museum and library are located on the second floor.
In 1985, one of the walls of the building was painted by young people dancing on the riverbank in Tatar national costumes. The panel has become the hallmark of the institution. In 2007, during the first major renovation, the image was already being restored. After almost 20 years, the painting will also be updated.
Recall that this year, according to the national project "Family", 6 rural houses of culture will be overhauled in Mamadyshsky, Kukmorsky (3), Baltasinsky and Arsky districts.
