Russian government limited the increase of payments for housing and communal services

From 2014 in the Housing code will be valid standard fixing the maximum rate of change of the size of utility payments. In case, if the index locality is exceeded more than half, will be established by the government of the average figure for the region, reports "RIA news".

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on the approval at the Federal level limit growth of a payment of citizens for utilities on a long-term period for the regions which will start 2014.

As previously reported, the law establishes the principle of the Housing code of the Russian Federation from 2014  maximum indexes of change of the size of a payment of citizens for utilities. They will be established by the government of the country in average by subjects of the RF for the period not less than five years on the proposal of the competent authority taking into account the growth of prices for energy resources and other parameters of the forecast of socio-economic development of the country.
