In 2014 in Tatarstan will be introduced 20 houses under the program of rental housing construction

In 2014 in the framework of the program of construction of rental housing Gosgilfond plans to put into operation 20 houses a total area of 77.9 thousand square meters. In the meeting of Cabinet of the RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin told about it. 

In addition, it introduced two houses on 160 apartments (8.5 thousand sq. m) within their own programs organizations (SEZ «Alabuga» (Elabuga) and OJSC «ALNAS» in Almetyvsk).

«In Kazan by program for the construction of rental housing will be introduced three houses: two on Orenburgskiy tract, one - on the street Journalists. Two-thirds they will be designed for physicians, however, the question will be discussed,» - said Faizullin.
