The head of Ministry of construction of the RT took part in the extended session of the Volga region administration of Rostechnadzor

In the enlarged meeting of Volga Department of Rostechnadzor, which took place in House of the Government of Tatarstan in videoconference mode, take part the head of Rostekhnadzor Alexey Aleshin, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin, as well as representatives of more than 200 industrial enterprises of Tatarstan, Chuvashia and Mari El.

The head of the Volga region administration of Rostekhnadzor Boris Petrov reported with results of 2013. According to him, in 2013 on facilities supervised by the office, there were 3 accidents and 12 accidents, of which 10 deaths. As noted B. Petrov compared to 2012 indicators have improved dramatically. All incidents are first of all connected with non-observance of elementary requirements of the rules of operation and insufficient qualification of stuff.

Volga region Department of Rostekhnadzor conducts oversight functions in the field of industrial and energy security on the territory of the district. Administered by the office are questions of control of operation of explosive objects, lifting equipment, boiler and gas equipment, underground mining, hydraulic structures. Another function of the office of state supervision of construction and reconstruction of hazardous production, technically complex and unique objects.
