The Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan, decided to take the initiative and their proposals on the conditions of construction and operation of rental housing to ensure the terms of federal law.
Andrey Anatolievich Simakov proposed to legitimize the transfer process of mortgage housing to rental housing.
