Rustam Minnikhanov will take part in the first forum "Housing utilities"

The largest forum "Housing utilites" in the history of Tatrstan will take place in Kazan. The forum will be held in a unique format of an open, honest dialogue between members of the industry and goverment.

The forum for the first time will bring  together  representatives of the State Duma, the Ministry of construction of Russian Federation, Fund of assistance to reforming of housing and communal services, Government and state Council of the Republic of Tatarstan and heads of all parts of the housing-and-municipal complex.

The event will take place in hotel complex "Korston".

Rustam Minnikhanov will take part in the forum.

The Foundation of the reform of housing and communal services is the right of ownership of citizens to housing.

The Republic of Tatarstan, as one of the basic subjects of the Federation are ready to scale up best practices, to interact with other regions, to initiate read-ahead legislation.

The agenda also conditions of financing of the program on resettlement of citizens from dilapidated housing.

The first forum of professionals housing opens wide opportunities for exchange of opinions and experience between the representatives of authorities, business and expert community.
