The Republic of Tatarstan is the first region that signed the agreement "Housing for Russian family".

Today in the House of Government of the Russian Federation signed an agreement about construction of economy-class housing in the framework of the program "Housing for Russian family".  President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnekhanov and Minister of construction of RT M.A. Men signed the agreement. 
The Republic of Tatarstan signed an agreement first from 58 regions of Russia. 
In the Republic of Tatarstan for the period2014-2017, it is planned to build  1.5 million square meters of economy-class housing. 
After signing the Agreement RT Cabinet of Ministers will approve the following question:
-  the order of selection of the land plots, developers, housing projects;
- the list of categories of citizens eligible for the purchase of such housing.
The selection procedure will be defined according to the criteria and requirements, approved by decree of the RF Government from 05.05.2014 № 404.  According  the terms of the project, the cost of 1 sq. m of housing will not exceed 30 thousand roubles.
