In the residential complex "Three bears" will be built community center.

According to the Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan U. L. Alashev residential complex "Three bears" is included in the list of unique and priority projects not only in Tatarstan, but also in Russia. The construction of rental housing complex consists of 40 houses, specialized school with the profound studying the English language with built a kindergarten, a house for teachers, residential building for specialists of companies-residents SEZ "Alabuga", two boiler rooms, water intake and treatment facilities. The construction of 40 houses, houses for specialists completed.
Construction and installation work at the school and kindergarten finished. The residential complex is scheduled for 2015 the construction of a community center with a restaurant with 70 seats and a boarding school, and individual construction of the complex "Three bears".
