On September 12, 2014 Tatarstan entered 1.6 million square meters of housing 66.5% of the annual target.

Rustam Minnikhanov held videoconference meeting with municipial districts of the Republic. Prime Minister Ildar Halikov took part in the meeting.  On 12 September 2014, the republic entered 1 million 594,3 thousand square meters of housing (66.5% of the annual target), which is 103.1% versus the previous year. Under the social mortgage program in the Republic entered 87 buildings with a total area 214,9 square meters -3  708  apartments. As for the rental program, in 2014, the planned construction of 52 houses with a total area of 52 913 thousand square meters. It will be put into operation 40 houses with a total area of 14 thousand 131 square meter. In 2014 it is planned to provide living  conditions for 309 orphans. On new construction pre-school educational establishments construction works completed on all 53 sites.

Irek Faizullin reported on the program for construction of multipurpose sports courts, the programme for the construction of health posts (FAPs), the overhaul of medical clinics and the construction of multipurpose sports courts in municipalities.
