Irek Faizullin visited “Tyulyachi” industrial park

On October 15, during his working trip to Tyulyachi region, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited “Tyulyachi” industrial park.
The decision about construction of this industrial park was made in July 2012. It was being created on the basis of maximum use of competitive advantages of the region, such as accessible logistics, closeness of resources and market areas, and availability of land areas.
“Tyulyachi” is a private industrial park that specializes in the use of polymeric materials. Agreements have been signed with 16 residents, three of which have launched their production already, - OOO “KRYAZH” (processing of used tires), OOO “Tyulyachinskie stalnye prifili” (production of roof sheet materials), and OOO “Tyulyachi plant of polymeric materials” (production of polymeric pipes).
Solemn opening of new production facilities, OOO “Tyulyachi pipe plant «Policom», OOO “Sistema group”, OOO “Interpak”, and OOO “Fimako” was held today.
Total amount of investments in the industrial park made 636.2 million roubles.
The managing company of “Tyulyachi” industrial park constructed two modular buildings that occupy the area of 3,255 square meters for residents.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Director of the Department of Small and Medium Business of Russian Ministry of Economic Development Natalia Larionova welcomed participants of the opening ceremony.
Rustam Minnikhanov said that federal support of such projects enabled getting to a new level of quality. He considers “Tyulyachi” industrial park to be attractive for investors.
As part of the social mortgage program, a 96-apartment building is being constructed on Salikh Battal Street in the settlement of Alekseevskoye, Alekseevsky district.
The Minister of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, presented the main report on the progress of housing construction today at a meeting in the Government House.
In 2026, it is planned to improve 51 public spaces in Tatarstan with funding exceeding 2.6 billion rubles. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, at a meeting held today at the Government House.
