Minister of construction and housing and communal services of the Russian Federation Mikhail Men signed a decree on conducting the competitive selection of subjects of the Russian Federation to participate in 2015 in the implementation of the program "Housing for young families" of the Federal target program "Housing" for 2011-2015.

From the Federal budget will be allocated subsidies for the implementation of the program "Housing for young families". For participating entities must submit a proposal to participate in the selection, as well as information about the volume of Federal budget funds necessary for the provision of subsidies to young families. In addition, regions which are ready to take part in the routine must provide information about the possibility of financing these activities at the expense of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and attracted extra-budgetary sources. Along with other documents, entities should provide data on the number of young families who want to improve their housing conditions. An important selection factor is the proportion of young families that will improve their living conditions when implementing routine.
