Mikhail Men: licensing management companies in the sphere of housing starts in November.

Minister of construction and housing and communal services of the Russian Federation Mikhail Men reported to President Vladimir Putin about the progress of the licensing management companies in the housing sector.  "From November to May 1, 2015 Russia will be licensed management companies in the housing sector. The relevant documents have already been adopted. Extensive outreach conducted with regional authorities" told Mikhail Men.  According to him, under the new rules if the management company receives two administrative penalty of one house, she loses the right to head it.  He reported that the Ministry of construction of Russia conducted a monitoring of the situation on the market of housing management after the adoption of the law on licensing (July this year), and found out that most management  scaring licensing try to work more efficiently and responsibly. He added that the Ministry of construction enhances the system state housing supervision in the regions.
