TIGP - 80 years!

Minister of construction, architecture and housing Irek Faizullin congratulated "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" with the 80th anniversary of the founding of the institution. "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt performs all types of engineering surveys, design work on the facilities of housing, industrial buildings, religious buildings, engineering networks and constructions. Also the "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" has a license of the Ministry of culture of Russia for design and survey work associated with the restoration of monuments of history and culture of the Federal and Republican values.  One of the most important activities of the organization is active participation in the implementation of the Federal target program "Preservation and development of the historic centre of Kazan" and also work  carried out in the framework of the program "Housing", including "Affordable and comfortable housing to Russian citizens". Modern architectural portrait of the capital of Tatarstan was also created with active participation of the "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt". The "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt"  includes the division of architecture and planning workshops in the cities of the Republic: in Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Zelenodolsk, Chistopol, Elabuga. In the last 10 years, the scope of Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" expanded: work was done on a competitive basis to Moscow, Kirov and Orenburg regions, Republic of Karelia, Krasnodar region, Udmurt and Chechen republics. Cooperation with design companies in Moscow, St. Petersburg, as well as with companies abroad: Finland, Turkey, Italy, Yugoslavia, Latvia, China, Singapore. In the program for the future is expansion of production areas, the development of advanced technologies in the projects of new building materials and equipment. On behalf of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan and myself, I congratulate You on a wonderful date - 80-anniversary of the Foundation of Your institution!  We thank the staff of the COMPANY for the great contribution and assistance in the implementation of the construction of affordable and comfortable housing, designing infrastructure, revival of cultural heritage, landscape and the development of the territory of Tatarstan. We wish further development, ensure appropriate pace and quality of work.
