RT is preparing to implement a licensing system of management companies.

The authorities of the Republic are preparing the implementation of a system of licensing management companies. A press conference held today at the State Council of Tatarstan about this subject. First Deputy Minister of construction took part in the press conference. the Deputy head of RT Ministry of construction informed that the legal framework relating to the licensing management companies at the Federal level has already been adopted. According to him to complete the preparation of the Republican regulatory framework it is planned before the end of the current year, in order from the beginning of 2015 to begin the licensing process of the Managment companies. Sergey Krainov talked about the fact some legislative changes at the Federal level concerning the activities of management companies. Licensing will concern only Managment companies. Today in the monitoring system of the housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan there are 232 companies. According to Alexey Frolov, responsible licensed management companies will depend on the number of houses under control of the organization.
