Yuri Alyashev takes part in the conference in Almetyevsk.

Deputy Minister Y. L. Alyashev takes part in the IX International lean conference "Efficient processes - high performance", which opened today, in Almetyevsk. In the program of the conference there are  presentations international lean coaches, heads of large industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. The aim of lean conference is to demonstrate the heads of enterprises and organizations of modern concepts and strategies for the development of production systems based on the principles of Lean production, as well as the latest achievements in the implementation of the tools of Lean production.
