3 of the draft law of RT Ministry of construction adopted in the first reading at the fourth session of the RT state Council.

On November 26, Minister of construction architecture and housing took part in the 4th session of Tatarstan State Council of the 5th convocation, where the presidium introduced 41 issues for consideration, including 23 draft bills of the Republic of Tatarstan. Ten draft bills will be considered in the first reading, nine- in the second. The Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and utilities  prepared 3 of the bill : 

1. The law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amending article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On measures to implement articles 166 and 166-1 of the Federal law On the promotion of housing construction". 

 2. The law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amending articles 5 and 61 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On protection of the housing rights of citizens" .

3. The law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the implementation of the rights of citizens by providing them with premises under service contracts-residential premises housing social use and amending article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the implementation of the rights of citizens by providing them with premises of the state housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the municipal housing Fund under contracts of social hiring".
