Tatarstan starts the championship game on energy saving "Housing Department".

The Republic of Tatarstan from 4 to 14 December announce championship  on social game on energy saving "Housing Department", developed by the Fund of assistance to reforming housing and communal services among school students. Students have to show their ability for rational use of communal resources. Organizers are Ministry of construction and Ministry of education.  The best result will be determined by the number of points earned by players during the game. Students with the highest number of points will receive prizes from the Fund of assistance to reforming housing and communal services .
