Housing services can be paid without a fee through the portal of public services of RT.

From February 1, 2015 in Tatarstan entered free commission  for payment of utility bills through the portal of public and municipal services RT and mobile application "RT Services".  From st of  February 2015 for the holders of credit cards of  "AK BARS" Bank" is entered free  Commission upon receipt of any services and making payments through the state services portal the RT and mobile application. About 20 percent of all payments are done by "Ak Bars" cards, about 40 percent - card of Sberbank, the remaining 40 percent is distributed among the other banks. As for cardholders of other banks, it is entered, free Commission for payment of housing and communal services.  It should be noted that before the Commission for utility services through the portal and mobile application  was about 1 percent. Payment over the Internet, leads to reduce of payments in the ICC,  reorganize data centers and cost optimization.
