Tatarstan awarded a special prize on competition by the urban development of the Ministry of construction of the Russian Federation.

IV Russian investment and construction forum opened in Moscow.  Minister of construction Irek Faizullin, deputy minister of construction Vladimir Kudryashev and other representatives of Tatarstan  took part in the the forum.  It was held  the solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the annual town-planning competition of the Ministry of construction and housing and communal service  of the Russian Federation.

At the meeting the Committee reviewed the results of the work of sub-committees on nominations "the Best implemented project of development of objects of low-rise construction", "Best project implemented in the construction of social infrastructure, Best practice implementation of information technologies in the field of urban planning", "the Best project of complex development of territories". For the title of winner in the nomination "the Best rules of land use and development" Bugulma municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan will fight. The largest number of applications received in the nomination "The Best project implemented in the construction of social infrastructure." The Tatar state puppet theatre "Akiyat" entered to the list of finalists, for "The best project of complex development of territories"  competed Kazan Ecopark  Dubrava.  

The Republic of Tatarstan was awarded with special prize in two categories:
- project development - the development of Admiralty settlement;
- project information monitoring architectural design of the urban environment.
