Agency of socio-economic development is hosting the IX all-Russian Congress "Linear objects: the legal regulation of the Summer 2015" in Moscow.

On 2-3 July 2015  Group of companies the Agency socio-economic development (USERGROUP) is hosting the IX all-Russian Congress "Linear objects: the legal regulation of the Summer 2015" in Moscow. 

In 2015 comes into force a number of legislative changes affecting the design, construction, operation and reconstruction of linear features. The first is the novation of the Land code, which came into force on 1 March 2015, the revolutionary changes in town planning legislation in 2015, and last year's innovation of the Civil code, the novels of the Forest code, and changes to environmental legislation. Program Congress intended to cover in detail the most relevant innovations and regulatory issues, to acquaint those who are associated with the laying and operation of linear objects with explanations on the application of legislation from representatives of state regulatory bodies and the most authoritative experts in the country.

Traditionally, speakers of main  topics of the Congress - the representatives of the Russian Government office, the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation, Federal Forestry Agency.
