The Ministry of construction of Russia is preparing proposals for the introduction of qualifying examinations on knowledge of housing law for managers.  "We talked a lot today with President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Republic 32% of apartment buildings managed by homeowners associations and housing cooperatives and it turned out that since the introduction of licensing we put the leaders of these organizations are not in equal conditions", - said Mikhail Men.
