Works under the programme “Park and Public Gardens” started at three objects in Tatarstan

On April 18, speaking at a regional video conference meeting held Interim President Rustam Minnikhanov at Tatarstan Government House with participation of all municipal regions, Minister of Construction, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that works under the programme “Park and Public Gardens” have started at three objects in Tatarstan: Park Pobedy (Victory Park), Slavy Square (Square of Glory) Krylya Sovetov (Park Wing of the Soviets) Park.
Faizullin reminded that according to the Tatarstan Presidential Decree of 04.09.2014, 2015 was declared the Year of Parks and Public Gardens in Tatarstan. The plan of construction of parks and gardens has been made and the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic has prepared the decree on the programme funding. Thus, the regional budget will allocate funds for delivery of building materials and components and the design and survey works. Construction and installations works as well as planting of trees and garden will be done using funds of municipalities.
A major renovation of a rural club is planned in the village of Balykly in the Kukmorsky municipal district of Tatarstan.
During the overhaul, windows will be replaced, floors, facades, roof and internal engineering networks will be updated. The interior decoration of the premises will also be carried out.
A Football Development Center is being built on the territory of the Rubin Stadium in Kazan.
According to the project, the Center will house a football arena, a sports base block with locker rooms and recreation rooms for 76 people, a building of a universal sports complex, and soccer fields with natural and artificial turf. A warm transition is also planned between the building of the universal sports complex and the sports base block.
Paramedic and obstetric stations will be opened in 4 settlements of the Kukmorsky municipal district of Tatarstan - the villages of Trysh, Tatarskaya Tulba, Bereznyak and Novy Kaenlar.
Standard modular FAPs are being built under the federal program "Modernization of primary care", which is part of the national project "Long and active Life".
Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, told today at a traditional meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan how programs for the construction of social facilities in various industries are being implemented in Tatarstan.
