Political science Professor Eric uslaner of the University of Maryland said that in 1870 it was possible to predict which countries will become leaders in the field of bribery.
Uslaner found that 145 years ago the most "uncorruptionin" countries had the highest level of education and the lowest gap between rich and poor.
