Alexey Frolov took part in all-Russian conference of the Russian Federation of Ministry of construction.

A national videoconference was  organized by the Ministry of construction and housing utilities of the Russian Federation on the theme: "On the implementation of regional address programs on resettlement of citizens from emergency housing and regional programs of capital repairs". The  first Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov took part in the meeting. 

The Deputy head of the Ministry of construction of Russia, main state housing inspector Andrew Chibis reported that the plan for the resettlement of people from emergency housing in 2014 was done more than 100%. It was discussed the questions of the introduction of the new system of capital repairs of apartment buildings. State Secretary, Deputy Minister of construction and housing and communal services Alexander Plotnik discussed with representatives subjects of the Russian Federation on the issues of development of rental housing and the implementation of the program "Housing for Russian family".
