Today in Buinsk municipal district it was held  zonal training seminar for heads of settlements.

Chairman of the Council of municipalities Minsagit Shakirov, head of the operation and implementation of housing programs Ildus Nasyrov, as well as representatives from Apastovo, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Kaybitsky, Tetyushi and Buinsk municipal districts and others.

They discussed topical issues of local governmen. Garipov R. W. gave a report on the new legislation in the sphere of regulation of powers and responsibilities of local governments. Egorov S.V. made a report of the Prosecutor's supervision over the activities of local governments. Nasyrov I. N. made a report on federal and state programs implemented in the territories of municipalities in 2015. Trushin M. V. made a report about the provision of primary measures of fire safety in settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan. Apev D. A. made a presentation on current issues of tax collection in the settlements. Shamaev R.  reviewed current issues and challenges in the development of land and property relations in the municipalities.
