About carrying out of planned checks of legal entities.

In accordance with the plan of checks of legal entities for 2015, Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Nizhnekamsk zonal housing Inspectorate audited the management company OOO "Нousing-10" survey of 7 apartment buildings with a total area of 99229,3 sqm. 

By results of check to the address of the management company OOO "Housing-10" issued 7 requirements to eliminate identified 122 violations of the rules and norms of maintenance of the housing stock is composed of 1 Protocol on an administrative offense under article 9.16, p. 4 of the administrative code - violation of the legislation on energy saving and on increasing energy effektivly with the imposition of a fine on a legal entity of 30,000 rubles.
