Capital repair of common property in apartment buildings.

State housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan registered and entered in the register contracts of 998 apartment houses.  

Commenced construction and maintenance work at 998 apartment buildings, including renovation of engineering systems: heating in 208 homes, hot water at 125 homes, cold water for 293 homes, sewage in 292 homes, electricity for 242 homes; roof repairs in 464 houses, repair of facades in 421 houses, repair of Elevator equipment at 76 homes.

State housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan in the performance of capital repairs of houses identified 15 violation of safety regulations in Agryz, Vysokogorsky, Almetyevsk, Bugulma, Elabuga, Chistopol, Yutazinsky municipalities. Major violations of safety regulations are  work at height, working without protective clothing and safety devices as well as rules for the installation of scaffolding. All detected violations of safety regulations on houses of the overhaul program 2015 are sent to the labour Inspectorate in the Republic of Tatarstan for administrative action to the Contracting organizations.
