"MC "Comfort Plus" will return to the residents 173 000 overpaying for heating.

In the Kazan city housing inspection received a petition from the residents of the house №11 along the street Salih Batuev with a complaint of illegal overcharging for heating  "MC "Comfort Plus", which controls the house.

As a result of check it was found that "MC "Comfort Plus" in accordance with paragraph 21 of the Decree of the RF Government dated on 23 May 2006 №307 "About order of granting of utilities to citizens" recalculated the price on  metering device. In this case the amount of the surcharge amounted to 70,62 rubles per 1 m2. However, the analysis of statements, it was found that the amount of additional cost per 1 m2 of the total area of the apartment shall be 57,35 rubles.

As a result of the execution of the provisions of  "MC "Comfort Plus" will be recalculated (return) for utility service on heating for a total amount of 173 000. The recalculation will be displayed in the invoice for may 2015.
