About attraction to administrative responsibility the managment company "Housing-9"

By results of consideration of materials of unscheduled inspections conducted Nizhnekamsk zonal housing Inspectorate under the collective petition of residents of the house No. 47, street Romantics, Nizhnekamsk, disagrees with the calculation of payments on CHN for the power supply. The management company OOO "Housing-9" brought to administrative responsibility under article 14.7 of part 1 of the administrative code with a fine in the amount of 20 thousand roubles.
Administrative proceedings were instituted on the fact of violation of the procedure for calculation of payments for public utilities established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The results of the inspection to residents of the house recalculated payments on  the total amount 10210 RUB.
