Rustam Minnikhanov has opened a new kindergarten in Zelenodolsk district

Today, Acting President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov within his working visit to  Zelenodolsk municipal district took part in the opening ceremony of the kindergarten in p.Osinovo. 

Kindergarten "Zvezdochka" is located next to apartament building  "Rainbow" and is designed for 260 children. The new facility was built for the year. The total cost of the project amounted to over 142 million. Rubles. Inside the building are equipped with a music and a sports hall, a methodical study, a study on the study of the Tatar language and medical facilities. Children will be brought up in groups of 14.

In his speech at the opening ceremony Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the demographic situation in the country is improving every year, and this requires the construction of new kindergartens. "Last year was opened 56 kindergartens, in this year - 33. In a number of pre-school facilities under renovation. It says that we are sending a very large financial resources to ensure that our children were in such an environment and a good education" - said Rustam Minnikhanov.

He stressed that the pre-school institutions must justify its name: the children should be taught usefully spend their time and organize their training sessions.

Here Rustam Minnikhanov presented a project for the development of the apartment building  "Rainbow-2", and a plan for the construction of additional building to the Lyceum named VV Karpov's for 600 seats in p.Osinovo.

Then Rustam Minnikhanov visited the new building of the hostel, which was built for employees of "Maysky". The plans of the construction of the greenhouse complex three departmental buildings. One of them was put into operation in 2014. A recently opened a second hostel of 44 rooms.

Also, Rustam Minnikhanov visited the equipped kindergarten for 40 seats, which occupies the first floor of the hostel. He attended training and playing facilities for children, talked to teachers. Acting President of Tatarstan expressed his satisfaction with what he saw and praised the work of the builders.
