As much as 999 apartment buildings to be overhauled in 2015 in Tatarstan

In 2015, 999 apartment buildings will be overhauled in Tatarstan. The total funding for the current year will amount to 4,710.9 million rubles. It was reported today at a press conference by first deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan Aleksei Frolov.

Aleksei Frolov began his speech with regional program on apartment houses overhaul located on the territory of Tatarstan. A long-term program for 30 years includes a total of 15,454 houses.

From 2008 to 2014, as part of the Federal law On the Fund of Assistance to Housing and Communal Services Reforming, 11,852 apartment buildings with total area of 56.96 million square meters have been overhauled. As much as 2601 persons improved living conditions.

During this period, 15.9 thousand linear km of utilities were given in proper condition.

As much as 5.4 million square meters of roof, 10.2 million square meters of facade and 505.5 thousand square meters of basement were repaired. Repairs and replacement of 3858 elevators were made, 5151 metering devices were set. In addition, 15.3 thousand cubic meters of foundation were strengthened, 353.5 thousand square meters of entrances were repaired, 57.2 thousand square meters of fire protection were restored.

A total of 39 billion rubles were allocated for overhaul of apartment buildings in 2008-2014 in Tatarstan.

Tatarstan Ministry of Construction has developed a program of apartment buildings repair in2015 with funding of 4,710.9 million rubles. As much as 42 municipalities (except Atninsk, Kaybici, Drozhzhanoe regions) will participate the overhaul of housing. In total, it is planned to repair 999 apartment buildings with total area of 5.9 million square meters. It is planned to improve living conditions of 240.9 thousand residents of Tatarstan.

To date, repair of 183 apartment buildings have been finished within the 2015 program.

Deputy Minister paid attention on repairs of schools, annual allocations of which are not less than 2.5 billion rubles. This year, all schools which included the program in 2015, would be commissioned on time, he said. Therefore, a control audit will be held on August 1, during which deficiencies will be pointed. In mid-August, educational institution will be fully ready to work, A.Frolov summed.
