On violations in charging for public service "cold water"

Experts of the Central inspection Department during unscheduled documentary inspection  of LLC "MC-Pestretsy" on the treatment of citizens as to the propriety of charging cold water in the apartment No. 7,  house No. 13, street Centralnaya, S. Kosakowo village  Pestretsy district established facts of violations of subparagraph "b" of paragraph 59 and paragraph 69 of the Rules of granting of utilities to owners and users of premises in apartment buildings and residential buildings, approved by RF Government Decree dated 06.05.2011 № 354 "About the provision of public services to owners and users of premises in apartment buildings and houses."

Rospotrebnadzor administration in the Republic of Tatarstan on the basis GZHI RT documents drew control of the house organization (LLC "MC-Pestretsy") to administrative responsibility according to part 2 article 14.6  of the Russian Federation in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 100,000 rubles.
