Violation of safety requirements.

During the inspection overhaul of apartment buildings in Bugulma municipal district were identified violations of safety regulations.

It was found that when working at a height of contractor workers LLC "Teplogazmontazh" not complied with the rules of occupational health and safety, namely the work carried out on the roof without protection - Harnesses and helmets.

Considering that the violations are a threat of harm to life and  health as an employee of the contracting organization and the citizens against the head of the State Labour Inspectorate in the Republic of Tatarstan for the adoption of administrative measures inspectorate sent a letter.

Resolution of the Inspector Buvaltsev VV State Labour Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan official contractor company LLC "Teplogazmontazh" has been found guilty of an administrative offense, the responsibility for which is stipulated by Part 1 of Art. 5.27 of the Administrative Code and punished in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 5000 rubles.
