On the results of planned inspections of Kazan city housing inspection for 6 months in 2015

As part of the execution of the functions of control over the observance of legal entities mandatory requirements of housing legislation in accordance with the Regulations on the State Housing Inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 26.12.2011, the number 1068 Kazan City Housing Inspectorate carries out inspections.

 For 6 months of 2015 KGZHI in accordance with the annual plan of scheduled inspections approved by the Prosecutor's Office of Kazan checked 25 management companies.

As a result of inspections revealed 172 violations of housing laws, compiled 33 reports on administrative offense under article 7.22, part 5 of Art. 9.16, st.7.23.3 Part 1 of the Administrative Code in the amount of 1.005 million. Rubles, and 21 issued an order to eliminate violations to these organizations. The audit performance requirements established that eliminated 155 violations, the magistrate's court for failure to provisions aimed protocol 1 hr. 1 tbsp. 19.5 of the Administrative Code, under control inspections are 6 regulations.
