Center of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan is open on Saturdays

Due to numerous complaints about the quality of public services in the housing and communal services, the management  of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services  decided to make Saturday afternoon as reception day on the general population, and legal issues. For the convenience of the population hotline will also work on Saturday. 

There  is a lot of questions to the principles of operation of management companies in the Republic of Tatarstan, established by the Council of apartment buildings, which directly interact with the heads of organizations and to solve immediate issues. In order to improve legal literacy of the population, experts of the Center weekly train activists and chairman of the apartment buildings of the city of Kazan and Tatarstan. 450 people have already taken advantage of this opportunity.

Training takes place in the form of a seminar that duration is 8 hours. It includes the study of the foundations of the Housing Code, the issues of energy conservation, legal practice, interaction between the Board of apartment buildings with control organizations. After the seminar, all participants are given certificates of training as well as teaching aids. Education is free.
