Opening ceremony of the Park of culture and rest held in the center of town Baltasi. The event was opened by the head of the district Ramil Lutfullin, Chairman of the RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Deputy Chairman of RT state Council Rimma Ratnikova, Deputy of RT state Council Vagiz Mingazov. Employees of the Department of culture met with the national food Chuck-Chuck and musical numbers.
