Rustam Minnikhanov participates in opening of kindergarten “Sozvezdie” in Kukmor

Sergey Dimitriev noted that opening of the kindergarten is a great event for the region and expressed gratitude to Tatarstan leadership for support rendered. 

In his turn, Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated local dwellers on the event, having noted that, being a region with positive demography, Kukmor needs a pre-school institution.“The region changed a lot. Our main task is to provide village dwellers with the same conditions as city ones. Therefore we are implementing many programmes,” Rustam Minnikhanov reported. 

The construction of construction of kindergarten started last year.   141 million roubles were allocated from republican budget for this purpose. The three-storeyed building houses sports and musical halls, a speech therapy room, a sensory room, 14 sport and recreation grounds.In conclusion, Rustam Minnikhanov visited  a modular medical and obstetrical station, Doctor’s House, and a maternity department of Kukmor central hospital after repairs.
