Rustam Minnikhanov reported about the situation of shared construction in Tatarstan

Today, Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a regular meeting on shared construction in Tatarstan. 

First Deputy Prime Minister  Alexei Pesoshin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin informed the meeting about the main problems in this area.

Most attention was paid to the situation around the GC "Background" (24 distressed houses). 

 5 houses which are being built GC "Background" in Yashlek district of Naberezhnye  Chelny completed and there is a registration of commissioning homes 65/04 and 2nd block of the house 65/10.

"Firm" Sway "(LLC" MagStroy ") did not finish the construction in Kazan 4 houses. 

Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan noted that the situation with equity holders in Kazan and N. Chelny is under his personal control and instructed First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing strictly observe deadlines for putting into operation of homes and solve all issues related to Construction of these facilities.
