A new kindergarten opened in Kazan in Soviet district

In the Soviet district of Kazan opened a new kindergarten "Arlekin".

The opening ceremony was attended by Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, deputy head of the Executive Committee of Kazan on social issues Natalia Grechannikova, head of the administration of the Soviet district Rustem Gafarov and head of the Department of Education Ilsur Hadiullin.

The head of the city sincerely congratulated population on this occasion. "We rejoice with you the opening of a new kindergarten. Ilsur Metshin expressed his gratitude to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov for his emphasis on pre-school education.

Kindergarden is designed for 220 children who will be engaged in 11 groups. The area near the preschool landscaped,there are the games, playgrounds and a variety of small architectural forms. Also there are musical, dance and gymnastic halls, sensory room and other facilities.

In 2015 Republican presidential program in Tatarstan is planned to open 75 kindergartens.
