Capital repair works finished in all 999 houses in Tatarstan

On October 17, implementation of the programme of capital repair of multi-apartment houses and other regional programmes were discussed at Tatarstan Government House.

First deputy minister of construction, architecture, housing and utilities Aleksei Frolov made a keynote report at the meeting. Speaking about the situation in the sphere of labour protection, Frolov informed that 40 accidents, including 26 accidents with severe outcomes and 14 fatal accidents happened in 2015.

The Inspectorate of state building supervision and State labour inspectorate conducted 974 inspections. 571 resolutions for the sum of 20 mln 512 thousand rubles have been issued, penalties for the sum of 6 mln 102 thousand rubles have been collected.

According to State housing inspectorate, 5.401 inspections were held in houses under capital repair in 42 municipal regions. 33 cases of safety violations have been revealed in 11 regions.

Capital repair works have been finished in all 999 houses in Tatarstan.

Capital repair has finished in all schools. 126 educational institutions in 42 regions took part in the programme.

As for “Accessible environment” programme, works are carried out at 102 facilities. The programme has been completed by 97.34 per cent. Rustam Minnikhanov asked to take the implementation of the programme seriously.
