The program "Housing for Russian family" extended to 2018

Term of realization of the program "Housing for Russian family" has been extended until 31 December 2017. Appropriate changes were made to the Government Decree N404. This was reported to journalists by the Minister of construction and housing and communal services of the Russian Federation Mikhail Men.
"Regions slowly entered into the program, and there were objective reasons, including changing economic realities. But interest in the program is, - said the head of Department. - Therefore, it was decided to extend the implementation period of the programme until six months or until the end of 2017".
Also, according to the Minister, organs of state power of subjects of the Russian Federation got the opportunity to purchase housing under the programme "Housing for Russian family" at the stage of shared construction.
In addition, we reduced the criterion of the amount of housing within the same complex development for the regions of the far Eastern Federal district up to 5 thousand sq. m. "When developing changes to the program took into account the wishes of a number of subjects of the Russian Federation AHML", - said Mikhail Men.
