360 thousand square metres of housing were introduced in Vahitovsky and Privolzhsky districts in 2015.

Last year in Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of Kazan the construction of new houses was actively conducted, as a result of what 361 000 square meters of housing has been put into operation. This was reported to the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin by the head of administration of Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts Andrei Lobov.

Total in 2015 in the districts 28 apartment houses in the amount of 281 thousand sq. m, 1 house under social mortgage program at 5 thousands square meters, and 75 square meters of individual housing were commissioned.

In 2016, as A.Lobov told in his report, there are plans to introduce another 37 apartment buildings with total area of ​​406 square meters, including commercial housing in the area "Nightingale Grove", "Sokolniki", and complexes on the territory of the former racecourse, 4 houses for social mortgage and 4 houses on the program of resettlement of slum housing.

Construction of new apartment buildings, of course, increases the population's need for children's educational institutions at times. In this area in the districts everything is quite well: for example, last year 11 kindergartens for 1654 places were built, of which 6 - are municipal (900 places), and 5 - commercial (754 places).

Another indispensable condition of prosperous development is the organization of parking. According A.Lobov, in 2015, three parking were opened for 1749 spaces. This positive trend will not stop this year – it is planned to continue the construction of five additional parking for 1807 places.
