Conducting planned inspections in Elabuga

In the framework of implementation of the plan of inspections of legal entities in 2016, agreed with the Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Yelabuga zonal housing inspection the audit of the management of the organization  "Prometheus" survey of an apartment building at the address: Elabuga, Dugarova, 22A total area  3895,55 sq.m. 

By results of check revealed 5 violations of the rules and norms of maintenance and repair of the housing stock, namely the poor quality and temperature of hot water, insufficient illumination of stairwells, without adequate cleaning of stairwells, the presence of stairwells and household items cluttering the entrances to the stairwells. To eliminate violations addressed to Prometheus inspection. 

For violation of the legislation on the regulatory level and mode of providing the population with communal services, the Chairman of the "Prometheus" brought to administrative responsibility under art 7.23 of the administrative code "Violation of regulations of providing the population with communal services" with a fine in the amount of 500 rubles.
