On April 1st 577,3 thousand square meters of housing introduced in Tatarstan

On 1 April 2016 entered 577,3 thousand square meters of housing comissioned equal to 101 % of the corresponding period last year. This was announced today at a Republican meeting at Tatarstan Government House Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Almaz Akhmetshin.

According to the program of social mortgage in the Republic put 44 houses with a total area of 49,8 thousand square meters of apartments.  
In 2016 in the framework of the program of construction of rental housing planned construction of 32 houses with a total area of 50,1 thousand square meters. In  12 facilities installation and construction works completed (Laishevsky district - 9, Innopolis - 3); 20 objects, finishing work (Alkeevsky district - 8, Innopolis - 9, Mamadyshsky district -1, Tyulyachinsky district - 1, -1 Yelabuga district).
Almaz Akhmetshin also reported on the implementation of the programme of improvement of living conditions of veterans of the great Patriotic war. On April 1, 2016, the Republic continues construction of 18 houses for 120 veterans. A high degree of readiness of 10 sites; average degree of readiness - 7 objects; a low degree of readiness of the object 1.
In 2016 it is planned to provide housing for 38 families with 5 and more children. On March 31, 2016 decorated 34 certificate ($120 million 819 thousand). Dynamics two weeks - 8 certificates.
According to the program of multi-apartment housing investment programme for today of 77 multi-family investment houses are in high readiness.
In the part of low-rise construction, including individual housing construction, in Republic 2 thousand 258 objects commisioned  (target – 9 000 houses introduced – 258 2 houses, the rest – 6 742 of the house).
In 2016 it is planned the construction of housing for local police officers – 18 facilities. Including at the expense of the Republican budget - 10 administrative and residential complexes, through the budget of municipalities. All the scheduled construction of administrative and residential complex construction and installation works started on  11 sites.
