The project "School of literate consumer" as an element of everyday life

SGP the project aims to increase the level of knowledge of owners and renters. School, as a part of everyday life, designed for a wide audience of residents, massive residential education, wanting to learn to be a competent customer of housing and communal services, to talk with managers and utility services providers in the same language.
Since the implementation of the Project on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan housing and knowledge received more than 1000 persons, namely, the Chairmen of the Councils and the initiative of the citizens of apartment houses. Developed 8 guidelines, booklets.
Learning takes place in the form of free seminars, lasting 8 hours, after which certificates are issued.
Seminar topics: the owner and his rights; General meeting of owners of premises; the common property in an apartment house, apartment house Council and its Chairman; the methods of apartment building management; housing services; utilities services; consumption of utility resources, energy conservation, subsidies for payment of utility services; capital repair of common property of proprietors of premises in MKD; consumer protection; involvement of the owners to participate in the fate of an apartment building and other issues.
