According to the reported data of "Housing Control" there are over 250 people. The main questions asked by citizens:
1.The problems with charging for housing and communal services, calculation of fees for the household needs, allocations, formation of payment documents, supplementary payments - 95 calls.
2.Issues related to receive utility services - 78 calls.
3.The issues related to the management of the apartment houses: (the legality of the actions of the HOA, HBC, management companies (including matters concerning the financial and economic activities) – 22 call.
4.The poor state of the apartment building – 29 calls
5.Capital repairs of an apartment building - 9 calls.
6.Poor landscaping site (including the condition of the driveways, the condition of green spaces, solid waste removal)- 15 calls.
7.Complaints against the actions and inactivity of the authorized bodies of state power and bodies of local self-government, affecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens in sphere of housing and public utilities - 0 calls.
8.General meeting of owners: problems in conducting, the problems of execution of decisions-3 calls.
9. Resettlement from emergency housing - 2 call.
