NP "Regional Center of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of Tatarstan" held a seminar in Almetyevsk

In the framework of the project "competent user" by specialists of the Centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of Tatarstan held a seminar in the city of Almetyevsk with the Chairmen and activists of the Councils of apartment buildings. The seminar was attended by 35 people.
The aim of the lesson was to  increase literacy of the population for housing and communal services. In class it was  discussed issues about changes in the housing code, reforms in the housing sector, legal and judicial practice. Also there were studied the basics of energy efficiency, interaction of tips with management companies.
The event also hosted a round table with all management companies, the city of Almetyevsk, the main issues related to the formation of the program of training of owners of apartment buildings for the second half of 2016.
